Meet Our Staff
Owner, Marlyn Christiani came to found Killian Hill Personal Care Home after discovering an affinity for providing senior living care. She began her professional career in 1995 as a nursing assistant in various area hospitals. With a desire to excel in the field, Christiani attended Georgia State University where she received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Therapeutic Recreation. After continuing in the personal care field she eventually realized that an increasing number of seniors wanted to live independent lifestyles rather than living alone or in nursing facilities. With a wealth of experieince behind her and a strong desire to offer seniors a viable alternative, she started Killian Hill Personal Care Home and also received her MBA in Healthcare Administration. Today she joins her staff in providing the highest-quality of personal care and senior living services throughout Lilburn, Georgia and surrounding areas.

After retiring I joined Killian Hill Personal Care Home in 2008. I enjoy the laughs I share with the seniors and helping them in anyway. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, gardening and spending time with my grandson. Working at Killian Hill has given me the opportunity to assist these wonderful seniors which makes me happy. They are like family to me.

I have a wonderful husband and four children. I have been a registered nurse for 26 years and love my profession. My love for the elderly began as a small child when my grandmother moved in with our family. I have worked in both hospital and nursing home settings. My favorite setting by far is here and Killian Hill Personal Care Home. I love the residents and I truly enjoy the time we spend together.
